A city full of interesting people and moments, yet we're stuck staring at our screens.
We're more connected than ever, and lonelier than ever. Loneliness is now a public health concern of its own, and the apps in our pocket keep making it worse — built to hold our attention, not to get us to actually meet.
Which is the one thing they can never give back: a real social experience, with the people already within walking distance.
Interactions waiting to happen, all around them. Nobody starts one.
But maybe all we need is a little push from a little curious friend. Meet Min.

The idea is simple. You converse with Min naturally, and it learns to understand you as a person. Then Min goes out into your surroundings and connects you to the most relevant people and moments.
There is no swiping, no profile to maintain, no chatting. The app is built to do one thing: ease the awkwardness of that initial hello.

Meeting people is one part of being connected to your city. The other is the hyperlocal and time-specific: a lunch deal that ends at two, a gathering in the park nobody planned until an hour ago. Those are memos, and they change how you move around a city.

Leave a memo
When you see something a fellow neighbour would want to know, leave a memo on the spot. Anonymous by default, and there are no likes to collect.

The map view is where you find the memos around you, each one pinned to the place it belongs to and fading as it stops being true.

Ask Min
Memos are also what Min reads to answer timely questions about your city. Are there any spots with music and people? Any good lunch deals?
We copied nothing from the companies that got us here.
We don't sell data — not as a policy, as an architecture. Every consumer of your persona has a declared allow-list, and zero weight means zero egress.
Nothing from the other side of the planet. Min only knows the few hundred metres around you, because that's the only place you can walk to.
No followers, no audience, no performing. Min's only successful outcome is two people in the same room, talking.
No engagement ranking, no streaks, no manufactured urgency. Proactive contact is capped by design — the app is not allowed to nag you.
The only app that wins when you put it down.
